The Sperry Van Ness National Self Storage Team Completes the Sale of Brothers Moving & Storage in Brooklyn
The Sperry Van Ness National Self Storgae Team, specializing in the marketing, sale, disposition and acquisition of self storage properties throughout the U.S., has completed the sale of a self storage facility located at 900 Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn, NY.
Mark Haley II, broker Marcus and Millichap, teamed with Nicholas J. Malagisi, national director of self storage for Sperry Van Ness International in Buffalo, NY, to represent the seller, a New York-based investment group, and the buyer, Storage Deluxe.
The facility features 765 rental units and approximately 92,800 gross square feet, 29,160 are rentable square feet. The balance of the space is to be converted from bulk storage to self storage and general improvement in the common areas and customer service.
