The Sperry Van Ness National Self Storage Team Completes the Sale of Armored Self Storage for $2.905 Million
The Sperry Van Ness National Self Storage Team, an elite group of investment brokers specializing in the marketing, sale, disposition and acquisition of self storage properties throughout the U.S, has completed the sale of a self storage facility for $2.905 million. The property is located at 485 Fortune Boulevard in Milford, MA.
Nicholas J. Malagisi, managing director and national director of self storage for Sperry Van Ness in Williamsville, NY, and Connie Neville, senior self storage advisor for Sperry Van Ness in Lexington, MA, represented both the buyer, New England-based Storage Opportunity Partners, and the seller, Milford, MA-based Milford Storage, LLC. The property closed at a price of $64.45 per square foot net rentable.
The sale included 445 rental units contained within 45,075 net rentable square feet.
