Associate Self Storage Advisor

Dave Heyink serves as an Associate Advisor for Sperry Van Ness / Paradise Properties, LLC specializing in the sale of self storage facilities, industrial properties, marinas, retail centers and vacant land in the Space/Treasure Coasts of Southeast Florida.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Heyink worked with Paradise Properties of Brevard and real estate projects in South Florida. Heyink has also served as Sr. Account/Program Manager for suppliers to the Automotive Industry in Michigan. He was responsible for managing commercial activities/business development, account/supply chain management, marketing/sales, CRM and e-commerce.

Heyink earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management & Marketing from Northwood University in Midland, MI. He is pursuing completion of his MBA with concentrations in Finance & e-commerce.
