Malagisi, SIOR serves as National Director of Self Storage and plays an integral part of the Sperry Van Ness National Self Storage Team by hosting educational conference calls, networking regularly with key indstry professionals, and participating as a guest speaker and panel discussion leader for state, regional and national conferences and trade shows. Beginning his real estate career in self storage acquisitions and site development for Public Storage, Malagisi has consistently been involed in the self storage industry for over 30 years and has participated in the sale of over 100 single self storage assets and investment portfolios valued at over $500 million.
